ACT Head Impact Tracker dock is designed to accommodate ACT Head Impact Tracker head sensor to those thin sports hairbands many of you love. On the head side is loop dock for the head sensor attachment, and in the middle hook and loop "jaws" to "click" the dock to your thin hairband. Like this. Please notice: hair band in the picture is not included to ACT Head Impact Tracker dock.

The docks are handmade in Finland by a company called Globe Hope. We are so happy to work with them and bring you them in a sustainable way. Every dock is making use of recycled and industry excess materials. Please bear in mind that when handmade with recycled and industry excess materials, each dock has its unique look, feel and material composition, depending on the materials available when it was made. We hope you’ll like the one you get!

How to use it

The dock comes with two pieces of hook tape with adhesive back side to attach to the head sensor's back side. The back panel of the head sensor has an adhesive surface that you can use by removing the protective film on top of it. We recommend that you use the adhesive surface to attach the hook tape, with which you can attach the head sensor to the ACT Head Impact Tracker dock. Please note that the surface has strong adhesive! The head sensor’s silicone boxing is ruthless for gluing anything to it. Hence be prepared to exchange the hook-tape every so often, despite the strong adhesive. Fortunately they are widely available in craft stores, hardware stores, and alike. Just remember to pick the one with as strong adhesive to it as possible. Adding glue to the adhesive side is not necessary, but it can make a difference to the time the adhesive will hold.

Ordering

A valid e-mail address, phone number and delivery address are required. Placing an order means you accept the terms in force on that date. You will receive an order-confirmation e-mail listing the goods, delivery costs and total price. Our logistics partner will notify you by e-mail, phone call or SMS when the parcel is ready for dispatch or pick-up.

Payment methods

  • Paytrail – Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and possibly other methods offered by Paytrail.
  • PayPal – pay using your PayPal balance or cards linked to your PayPal account. No buyer fees are added, and PayPal Buyer Protection applies according to PayPal’s terms.

Return and exchange policy

You may return or exchange any non-food product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags and factory protective films intact. Include a completed return form. After inspection we refund the product price; shipping fees are not refunded.

If you are outside Finland, you must ship the return yourself to the address listed on the return form.

Custom-made items (e.g. personalised name tags, custom blade profiling) are non-refundable.

Questions and problem situations

Need help? Contact us at sportheavy@sportheavy.fi. If a parcel or product is damaged, photograph the damage, keep the packaging and notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
