Please note: tight means tight with this product. The material is designed to withstand significant pulling and stretching, so there’s no need for added slack in the sizing chart to preserve durability.
We strongly recommend following the size chart exactly.

How to Put On the Knee Sleeves:

Fold the sleeve in half, inside out.
In this position, pull it up from the calf to the back of the knee. The best way is to slide your fingers between the bottom edge of the sleeve and your calf, and push from there.
Once the sleeve is at the back of the knee, unfold the inside-out part over your thigh.

FAQ

What kind of warranty does the product have?
The product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. While we expect our sleeves to last a long time, if a rare defect makes it past our quality control, it should become apparent within this time frame. Issues beyond 12 months are typically considered normal wear and tear.

Please note: scratches or scuffs on the surface of the sleeve are almost always considered regular wear. To help preserve the exterior, avoid direct contact with barbell knurling during training!

How should the sleeves be washed?
We recommend hand-washing with water or mild soap (or a neoprene/wetsuit-specific detergent). Let them dry in an upright position on a surface that allows airflow inside the sleeve. Machine washing can damage the outer surface and the rubber components due to high heat and agitation.

PRO TIP: If you want these sleeves to turn into real "springs" over time, our staff actually recommends not washing them at all! The sweat and chalk that accumulate during training help "set" the sleeves, which is why older ones often feel stiffer than new ones. �

Can barbell knurling damage the sleeves?
The 7mm version withstands contact with knurling better than its 5mm counterpart, but frequent scraping or pressure against the barbell’s grip surface can still significantly reduce sleeve lifespan. To get the most out of your sleeves, avoid direct contact with knurling during training whenever possible.
