Products are sold by MJP Group Oy (Business ID FI2643976-7). We sell to adults (18 +) and businesses worldwide.

For customers inside the EU/EEA all prices include Finnish value-added tax (VAT):
  • standard 25,5 %
  • reduced 14 %

Orders delivered outside the EU/EEA are supplied tax-free (0 % VAT). Local customs duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

EU business customers with a valid VAT number may request reverse-charge invoicing — e-mail us at sportheavy@sportheavy.fi.

Ordering

A valid e-mail address, phone number and delivery address are required. Placing an order means you accept the terms in force on that date. You will receive an order-confirmation e-mail listing the goods, delivery costs and total price. Our logistics partner will notify you by e-mail, phone call or SMS when the parcel is ready for dispatch or pick-up.

Payment methods

• Paytrail – Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and possibly other methods offered by Paytrail.
• PayPal – pay using your PayPal balance or cards linked to your PayPal account. No buyer fees are added, and PayPal Buyer Protection applies according to PayPal’s terms.

Payment service providers

Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7) acts as the collecting payment service provider and will appear as the payee on your card or bank statement. The payment is forwarded immediately to MJP Group Oy. Paytrail is an authorised payment institution supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. provides PayPal payments. It is a Luxembourg-registered credit institution authorised and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). PayPal appears as the payee on your PayPal account or card statement and settles the funds to MJP Group Oy.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping methods and costs are shown on the checkout page after you have selected the destination country.

Return and exchange policy

You may return or exchange any non-food product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags and factory protective films intact. Include a completed return form. After inspection we refund the product price; shipping fees are not refunded.

If you are outside Finland, you must ship the return yourself to the address listed on the return form.

Custom-made items (e.g. personalised name tags, custom blade profiling) are non-refundable.

Questions and problem situations

Need help? Contact us at sportheavy@sportheavy.fi. If a parcel or product is damaged, photograph the damage, keep the packaging and notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Please read the current terms before ordering.

MJP Group Oy handles all customer data confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties except as required for payment processing or delivery.
